Disclaimer: This is intended to be a safe haven for Hillary Clinton supporters. While anyone can come and post here, we ask that any non-Clinton supporters be civil towards the rest of us, and we’ll do our best to reciprocate.
First, I’m going to make an appeal to my fellow Clinton supporters. If you never donated to Hillary Clinton, make now the first time. If you’ve already donated, donate some more. It seems some people only view monetary donations as a sign of enthusiasm. While I could argue that it’s possible to feel incredibly enthusiastic without having the means to donate, too many in the media will report this limited view dutifully, without bothering to examine it. So let’s show our enthusiasm by donating to Hillary Clinton.
In other news, I’m publishing this diary a little later today because Lysis has decided to bring us News & Views on the weekends now. If you haven’t read News & Views, make it your first stop, and also read anything from the Hillary Writers Circle. Examples include:
First Amendment: Civil Rights Attorney Benjamin L. Crump Endorses Hillary Clinton For President!
floridageorge: Hillary TIME cover and interview. On her Iowa win, and how to effectively govern
Scan: Thank you, Iowa!
Meanwhile, you can also find great diaries under #HillaryClinton and other related hashtags, including:
biancardi: “Investing in women is… the smart thing to do” Hillary Clinton
El Mito: NH Tacking Polls: Saturday Edition; History Repeating Itself?
Jim McGovern: Hillary Makes Big Things Happen
sholmberg: Hillary May Win NH
mattakar: Hillary Clinton did not “vote for war” in Iraq, reprise
A final word for now (I’ll do updates later): the next 10 days or so should be pretty tough. Hillary won Iowa, but the media act like she lost. Bernie Sanders will likely win New Hampshire, and may even have a temporary delegate lead. Larry David will host Saturday Night Live, which will no doubt include a Hillary-Bernie sketch where Hillary is uptight and Bernie yells, and it will just be warmed over conventional wisdom of the moment. We’ll hear lots of “Hillary flailing” while “Bernie has the momentum stories,” which will probably linger until February 27 or March 1.
We’ll get through this if we stick together. So buckle up and hold on tight. And donate!

Update: I was hoping to add some more good diaries, but truth be told, they’re deeply buried under a steaming pile of hostility. The best one may be the one where Reddit finally got fed up with the Hillary Clinton bashing and banned anti-Hillary articles in the Bernie forum. That many Bernie supporters agreed with the action tells me there’s hope.
Unfortunately, it isn’t enough to prevent us from losing some members. Hopefully they’ll be back after the primary wars are over.
