Yesterday was the due date for the Sanders campaign to respond to multiple FEC requests for addition contribution information and/or remedy: docquery.fec.gov/… . docquery.fec.gov/… and they have until 4/31/16 to respond to docquery.fec.gov/…
So what small tiny little i wasn’t dotted or t wasn’t crossed?
How about $23,421034.08 in unitemized receipts, excessive contributions that exceed campaign donation limits set by law, prohibited contributions from foreign nationals, prohibited contributions from organizations which are not registered PACs and potential excessive contributions from MassMutual.
So over 16% of Bernie’s fundraising is from unidentified sources and of the remaining 84% there are issues with excessive and illegal contributions. And don’t get me started on MassMutual because if I’m going to use Bernie logic on it then I must assume Bernie is in Big Insurance’s hip pocket, just like Hilary is in Big Finance’s hip pocket.
So the campaign can’t put together a summary sheet that adds up, “The totals listed on Line(s) 21, 22, 23, 28(a), 28(d) and 30, Column B-P of the Detailed Summary Page(s) appear to be incorrect. ”, but I’m expected to believe in their 5% growth assumption upon which all of their economic proposals are based?
