THIS is a bullshit diary and demeans every one of us by residing on the front page.
It starts with, “Here is the truth,” and then says:
In the Democratic Party, a democratic socialist is much better liked than the anointed establishment candidate. But the establishment candidate is more likely to win.
Bullshit. In the Democratic party, Clinton is ahead by millions of votes. And she’s not “anointed,” she’s doing the hard fucking work of winning. But the bottom line is simple — Clinton is better liked by 3 million votes.
And then:
The populist Democratic candidate wins in mostly open Democratic primaries. The Democratic candidate with the incrementalist message wins in the mostly closed Democratic primaries.
Another damnable lie.
Open Primaries:
- South Carolina — Clinton
- Alabama — Clinton
- Arkansas — Clinton
- Georgia — Clinton
- Texas — Clinton
- Tennessee — Clinton
- Vermont — Sanders
- Virginia — Clinton
- Michigan -Sanders
- Mississippi — Clinton
- Illinois- Clinton
- Missouri — Clinton
- Wisconsin — Sanders
- Indiana — Sanders
Four out of fourteen isn’t “most,” or “mostly.” Fuck, it’s barely “some.” Why would a respected front-pager repeat this blatant falsehood?
And then we get this bit of idiocy, “supported” by a link to the same front-pager telling the same baseless lie somewhere else:
In a disturbing irony, Republicans are voting for hope, while Democrats are voting out of fear.
Bullshit. Clinton supporters are voting for her for one very simple reason — they prefer her to Sanders (see the lie about “liked,” above). Why? Some think she’s smarter. Some think she has better experience. Some think she’s a realist. Who the fuck is Egoberto Willies, or anybody else, to tell us why 12 million different people chose to vote for Clinton over Sanders.
Look folks, we’re having pissing matches left and right over on the right-hand column. But can we agree that we should expect at least the smallest modicum of honesty on our front page?
Because we used to be the reality-based community, and “truthiness” was something we laughed at Tea-Baggers about. Now, the same mind-set lives on our front page.
Egoberto, delete that piece of shit and write your Trump diary without the lies.

I just received mandatory acknowledge message from the moderators telling me “a front pager is fair game,” but giving me “advice” on how to be most effective.
You know what, folks, if you want to give me friendly advice, don't do it in a “must acknowledge to function” box, because that’s not friendly advice. That’s heavy-handed bullshit that makes it pretty damned clear your panties are in a wad that a whole bunch of people agree with what I wrote.
