If there’s been a diary on this, I apologize for the repeat. The thing is – when I heard this remark by Sanders, I couldn’t believe the level of pot-kettle arrogance he displayed.
And I’m tired of feeling like I can’t call Sanders out on his ridiculous comments for fear I will be called a “sore winner.” How can I be a “sore winner” when Sanders says Hillary hasn’t won yet?
Appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Thursday night, Sanders was shown an interview clip of Clinton saying that she will be the Democratic nominee.
“Just a tinge of arrogance there, I think,” Sanders responded.

The arrogance of Sanders – let me count the ways:
- Claiming he’d be “better” on women’s issues than Hillary Clinton who has worked her entire adult life on women’s issues.
- Minimizing the validity of the Black vote in the south as insignificant because they live in "red states."
- Accusing Planned Parenthood of being “the establishment” when Planned Parenthood announced support for Hillary.
- Accusing the Human Rights Campaign of being “the establishment” when the Human Rights Campaign announced support for Hillary. (Heck – declaring anyone who doesn’t support him is “the establishment.”)
- Announcing Hillary Clinton is “not qualified” to be president.
- The multitude of excuses for his loss – “Poor people don’t vote,” “Rigged system,” “Closed primaries,” and those Sanders’ excuses yet to come.
- Challenging the GOP nominee to a debate as if Sanders is the Democratic nominee.
- Last but not least – the arrogance of denying the MATH.
If I’ve missed any examples of Sanders’ arrogance, please add them in your comments.
And, for those who think this diary is not fostering “unity,” I ask you to read all the anti-Hillary diaries posted here this week then get back to me on the “unity” thing.
