Hillary’s campaign strategy appears to be working perfectly. The polls, both national and in states, are coming into focus and show Hillary leading the Trumpster by wide margins. The early issues and ad strategy was to define and pigeonhole Trump negatively often and early on Immigration, race relations, Climate Change, National security/terrorism, Education, and generally being “unfit” and that he is overall “unqualified” to be President of the United States. Looking at the polls, Hillary holds major advantages over Trump in virtually all aspects of the race, in general terms and on the issues. The only issue where Trump is still getting high marks is on the “economy/jobs”.
Let’s look at yesterday’s FoxNews poll for the numbers:

Hillary kicks Trump to the curb on most issues:
Trump is doing better than Hillary on 2 metrics:
.
So, the Hillary campaign has now turned to the economy/jobs to gain the upper hand on Trump there as well. The approach is multi-pronged:
1. Hillary focuses on jobs in her rallies
Yesterday’s rally in Commerce City is but one example of the current focus on jobs together with talking about Trump’s bad record on “jobs”.

.
2. New ad campaign focused on Trump’s bad record on jobs
.
.
The ad shows David Letterman showing off Donald Trump on his penchant to manufacture ALL of his products overseas, not in the United States. “Bring manufacturing jobs back to America” is Trump’s mantra, but this ad shows a smirking and uncaring Donald Trump claim “They employ people in Bangladesh. They have to work, too”. Devastating ad, Trump is REMOVING jobs from the United States when it comes to his own products, not “bringing them back”.

This ad focuses on all of Trump’s bankruptcies and failures.

3. Visits to manufacturing plants to show that Trump could easily be manufacturing all his products in this country

Hillary visits “Knotty Ties”, a tie manufacturer in Colorado, to highlight Trump’s hypocrisy on his “Made in America” call.

Short version, 1 minute, focusing on Trump’s failures to make his products in the United States:

Made In America: A Buyer’s Guide For Donald Trump
Trump couldn’t be bothered to find manufacturers in America, so we did it for him.
Despite his repeated claim and desire to put “America First,” time and time again Donald Trump has told us he has to manufacture his products abroad. He says “it’s very hard to have apparel made in this country,” or that “they don’t even make the stuff here. It’s so hard to get.” No, Donald. Just no.
We can see how time consuming multiple bankruptcies and scamming small businesses must be, but really Donald, this is a pretty glaring oversight. It didn’t take us long to find over 100 examples of U.S. manufacturers and businesses ready and able to produce the same goods he makes overseas.
Scroll through to see just a few examples of the many American businesses Donald missed.

The website goes on to show Trump where he could have manufactured his suits and shirts, furniture and frames, and barware. ALL of Trump’s products are manufactured in countries other than the United States, even including Germany. Trump wants to bring manufacturing jobs back home? Start with your own products, you hypocrite.
Hillary’s team is going full bore on jobs now, and when that bears fruits and Hillary is seen as better on economy/jobs in addition to all the other issue preferences she beats Trump on big it will be undoubtedly over for Trump, as the only thing that still keeps him afloat in the rust belt and other purple states to an extent is the sense that he would be good for jobs (Hey, he’s a job creator with his buildings, right?). Once the new effective Hillary strategy takes that away, there is no reason for anyone Independent in the Middle or even moderate Republicans to consider a vote for Trump.
