Young voters, Millennials, are now turning to Hillary in huge numbers.
ABCNews:
Poll: Young Voters Now Coming Through for Hillary Clinton
Overall, Clinton leads Trump among young likely voters 60 percent to 19 percent, with 12 percent supporting Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and 6 percent behind the Green Party's Jill Stein. If Clinton and Trump receive that level of support on Election Day, Clinton would match Obama's level of 2012 while Trump would fall short of Romney's.
60% to 19% reflects a 41% chasm between Hillary and Trump with the youngest voters.
Deplorables?
Most young people weren't turned off by Clinton calling some Trump supporters "deplorable" in September. Sixty-two percent of young adults, including 82 percent of African-Americans, three-quarters of Latinos and Asian-Americans and 51 percent of whites said they agree with her assessment.
Favorables:
The poll also found that 45 percent of young adults have a favorable view of Clinton, while just 17 percent say the same of Trump. Conversely, half have an unfavorable view of Clinton and 77 percent have that view of Trump.
Young whites say they have a more favorable view of Clinton now than going into the fall. Among that group, three-quarters have an unfavorable view of Trump now, up from 67 percent in September.
Mother Jones:
Clinton Has Finally Achieved Obama-Level Support Among Young Voters
A new GenForward survey by the University of Chicago finds that Clinton leads Donald Trump, 58 percent to 17 percent, among likely voters between the ages of 18 and 30. A month ago, GenForward put her lead among young likely voters at 51 percent to 22 percent. When the sample includes voters who are leaning toward a candidate, Clinton now has 60 percent support to Trump's 19 percent—a comparable support level to Obama, who received 60 percent of the vote among this age group in 2012.
Slightly different makeup, but a very similar, in fact on the margins an even better result as Obama got:
Clinton's growing support among millennials is led by young whites. A month ago, she and Trump were tied in the GenForward survey among young white voters. Now Clinton leads by 14 points; among young whites who are likely to vote, she leads Trump 51 percent to 23 percent, a 28-point advantage.
But Clinton has failed to match Obama's levels of support among minority millennials—even though these voters soundly reject Trump. Clinton leads Trump among young African Americans who are likely to vote by a huge margin, 76 percent to 3 percent. Among young Asian American likely voters, she's up 74 percent to 9 percent, and among young Latino voters her advantage is 57 percent to 13 percent. For each of those groups, Obama's support in 2012 was about 10 points higher Clinton's now. But Clinton beats Obama's margin among white millennials by eight points.
The poll surveyed 1,832 adults, age 18 to 30, between October 1 and 14 and has a margin of error of +/- 3.8 percentage points.
.
If Hillary can keep her current 41% edge with Millennials over Trump (currently 60% to 19%) or expand on it even further, it would be a new record.
In 2012 Obama beat Romney 67% to 30% with that age group, a 37% margin.
In 2008 Obama beat McCain 66% to 31%, a 35% edge.
In elections before Obama the youth vote was much more evenly divided between Democrats and Republicans:
Some of the comments in the ABC piece from individual voters are familiar:
"There's a gray area with her, where maybe she hasn't broken any laws, but she's always skirting the edge, it seems," said Galen Mosher, 30, a lighting technician from Sandy, Oregon, who voted for Clinton's primary rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.
Mosher, who is white, said he got behind Clinton once she won the Democratic nomination, because "at least she's a step" toward the free college tuition and higher taxes for wealthy people that Sanders had proposed.
Yeah, no. She’s not “always skirting the edge, it seems” (of the law.) These people bought into media concocted nonsense, sad to see. However, votes are votes. Millennials are now strong Hillary voters to a tune we have never before seen in this country (as measured by margins.) Bernie has helped in that endeavor to an extent, I am sure, with his full throated and unequivocal support and tireless campaigning for Hillary.
It is all coming together, folks. Young people, old people, educated white people, minority voters, women, sane men. All on the same page.

CALL TO VOLUNTEER
I myself have phone banked and canvassed quite a bit so far, so has my wife with me, every time (she’s a trooper, but she is so excited about getting Hillary elected, which gives her wings.) We’ll be doing so again this weekend, 2 shifts a total of 6 hours on Sunday. Even our 19 year old daughter has gotten involved (her first time voting) and has phone banked a few hours last weekend.
Please help. I urge everybody to help out with GOTV. We are looking very good in the polls, overall, but we need to do everything we can to also win over the Senate and possibly even the House. Great turnout means a huge, mandate win for Hillary and many Democratic down ticket candidates swept in to boot in a wave.
