International and highly acclaimed singer-songwriter Adele proclaimed herself a Hillary Clinton fan during her Miami concert on Tuesday night. The feeling seems to be mutual, as the Democratic presidential nominee is a fan of Adele—and happened to be attending the concert when Adele announced:
“I am English, but what happens in America affects me too,” Adele told the audience, according to a Clinton campaign aide. She added: “Don’t vote for him. ... I can’t vote, but I am 100 percent for Hillary Clinton. I love her, she’s amazing.”

It was a nice shout out for Hillary on the eve before her 69th birthday. Not so nice for Trump who is also a fan of Adele. And this wasn’t the first time Adele publicly dissed the Republican nominee. Back in February, Trump used an Adele song without permission:
Trump, an Adele fan who attended her New York concert last year, has also played Skyfall, the singer’s James Bond theme (“when it crumbles, we will stand tall, face it all together”) after delivering his apocalyptic stump speech about America’s future.
Adele’s fans have expressed anger at Trump’s appropriation of her music for his campaign. “Don't suppose he asked for her endorsement. Hopefully she's objected,” tweeted one.
A spokesperson for Adele told the the press:
“Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning.”
That is, of course, unless it’s the Hillary Clinton campaign. There you go, Donald. Adele is #WithHer.
