It seems like only a couple of days ago, Hillary Clinton’s popular vote lead was just past two million. Sometime late last night, Clinton’s lead in the popular vote surpassed the two and half million mark. With 65,177,035 votes and still counting, Clinton’s lead is now 2,550,627. With this, Trump’s overall popular vote percentage drops to 46.3 as he tries to move further down the historically unpopular list.
Other points: Trump’s vote lead in Michigan is now down to 10,704. His lead in Wisconsin is down to 22,177. The fact of the matter is that while Donald Trump may still be our next president, there were a ton of people, even in “red states,” voting for Clinton. Trump’s vote lead in Texas is well under one million. That’s pretty wild.
