..then there are the people of Indiana that will be paying approx. 7 $million in taxes to provide corporate welfare to an HVAC corporation - Carrier (and its parent corporation — United Technology — that made billions in profits last year, receives government contracts, and whose CEO is another billionaire receiving a multi million dollar salary) for the loss of 1,300 jobs outsourced.
What a deal. It looks like this kind of ‘winning’ negotiations is just the beginning
