Having a monopoly in a market place.
Having horrible … did I say horrible… customer service…
Cheating its customers….
Yes, I said Comcast.
According to American Customer Satisfaction Index Comcast is number one for all of the worst reasons.
I have never met anyone that has had a good customer experience with this company.
Number two should come as no suprise to many here… good old Bank of America.
Number three is the owners of the EpiPen...Mylan.
Number four is good old, old time McDonalds
And number five, another one of all of our favorites: Well’s Fargo Bank.
Number six is a newer, relative, company, Facebook. Like this comment if you’d want to.
Number seven is Spirit (Let’s charge you for such luxuries as air, and space)
Number eight is Dish Networks.
Number nine is, in my opinion a company that used to be good but has been showing up on these lists for a bit now, Sears.
And number ten is my personal number two most hated company.. Sprint.
Ugh. I would not know where to begin with my distaste for this company and the way it treats customers. Not to mention their annoying commercials and their service coverage.
So… what do you think of this list? Agree? Disagree? Something missing? Something suprise you by its inclusion?
