The former head of Colorado’s Republican Party has been charged with voter fraud ****just months after he accused Democrats of the same crime!
Former Colorado Republican party chairman Steve Curtis, 57, has been charged with voter fraud and forgery, prosecutors say.
Curtis, an AM radio talk show host, appeared Tuesday in Weld County District Court, where he was advised that he faces two counts in the case: forgery, a Class 5 felony, and misdemeanor voter fraud.
Weld County District Attorney’s spokesman Tyler Hill confirmed the charges, but said he couldn’t discuss details of the allegations, which were first reported by KDVR-Channel 31.

Looks like a clear cut case of “projection” on Curtis’ part. Republican’s are always doing what they are accusing others of doing. The fish rots from the orange head of Trump. Once again, the GOP is right about voter fraud, but they're the ones always breaking the law.
In October, Curtis said on his show that “virtually every case of voter fraud I can remember in my lifetime was committed by Democrats.”
"We're not going to talk about this," Curtis said when asked if he voted for his ex-wife in November.
His ex-wife, Kelly Curtis, was less shy when reached by phone in South Carolina.
"I was livid over the whole situation, definitely," she said.
Curtis said she left her husband after just nine months of marriage.
the 49-year old said she never predicted her ex-husband would allegedly mail in her ballot and sign her name.
"It was demeaning and presumptuous, and I had no idea what would go on in someone's mind to cast my ballot for me illegally, actually to go to all the trouble to forge my ballot," Kelly Curtis said.

It seems she “voted” without any knowledge that she had actually already “voted”…oops!
Weld County prosecutors discovered the forgery when Kelly Curtis called the Weld County Elections Office in October asking how she could vote because she had just moved to South Carolina but was still registered to vote in Colorado.
That's when she said an election worker told her she had already voted by mail and the elections office already had her ballot.

Curtis faces up to 18 months in jail for the misdemeanor count of election fraud and up to three years in prison for the felony count of forgery.
Reminds me of Charlie White, Republican state official in Indiana and their secretary of state who was convicted on 6 counts of voter fraud…
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The top elections official in Indiana was convicted of multiple charges in a voter fraud case on Saturday, bringing uncertainty to one of the state’s most powerful offices.
A Hamilton County jury found Charlie White, the Indiana secretary of state, guilty of six of seven felony charges: two counts of perjury and one each of false registration, voting in another precinct, submitting a false ballot and theft. He was acquitted of one fraud charge.
Mr. White, 42, expressed no emotion as the verdict was read. Outside the courtroom later, he said, “I’m disappointed for my family and the people who supported me.”

...and this one in Iowa:
A Des Moines woman facing a felony charge for allegedly voting twice in the 2016 general election has "significant mental deficits" and might not be competent to stand trial, her defense attorney wrote in a new filing.
Terri Lynn Rote, a registered Republican, was booked into jail Oct. 28 on a charge of first-degree election misconduct after investigators found that she cast an early ballot at the Polk County Election Office and then again at a satellite voting location, according to a police report.
