From Crain’s:
The U.S. House probe of Russian interference in last year's presidential election now is hopefully back on track, and some explosive revelations are on the way.
That's the bottom line from U.S. Rep. Mike Quigley, D-Chicago, in the wake of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes' decision to recuse himself from the investigation, at least for now, after his widely derided leadership of the probe.
...
Specifically, Quigley said that, despite efforts by some to change direction, the focus of the probe remains discovering "the extent of Russian involvement in the election, whether there was collusion (with the Trump campaign), leaks, and how do we prevent this from happening again."
Under the rules, Quigley can't say what information has yet to be publicly disclosed. But using a legal analogy, the congressman said there is "plenty of reason to go to a grand jury. I've seen probable cause there was collusion."

This is eerily similar to recent statements from other Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said there is now 'more than circumstantial evidence’ that the Trump team collaborated with the Russians. And Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI) said he has seen 'damning evidence' of Trump-Russia collusion.
While it’s important not to rush a case as existentially important as this one, let’s also not let Republicans stall until Trump can start a distracting war in Syria or North Korea.
