On both lists were the states with the highest populations of at risk from both factors. These state have populations that are the most likely to suffer from the deprivations from Trumpcare.

These seven states also went for Trump in the election, most by a wide margin. The Republican Majority Leader McConnell's has a lot of smokers and obese folks among his constituents. They'll need care, yet Mitch is pulling the rug out from under them.
The way Republicans from these states are ignoring the needs of the folks back home so the wealthy can have their taxes slashed is unconscionable.
