English is an interesting language when it comes to describing groups of animals. A bunch of lions, for example is a pride; a bunch of crows is a murder; when a bunch of penguins are on land they are a waddle and in the water they become a raft. A group of otters is a romp. We recently encountered a romp of otters at the High Desert Museum in Bend, Oregon.
