How do people UNWIND in all this chaos? Meditation? Prayer? Wine/beer/hooch of choice? Contemplating the sunset? Gaming or sports? Cuddling with one's partner? Cooking/baking/arts/crafts/ceramics/woodworking, etc.? Dancing? Listening to music? MAKING music? Movies/Theater??
I know more than many how chaotic life can get. I try to avoid my fundraising in my question diaries, but I thought as I just got out of the hospital after 3 days / 4 nights I do not have much of a choice than to ask for help. How do you relax?
I for one could not survive without the teevee. I watch old shows, from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. It causes me to drool and relax. ;)
