So my TV froze up and I couldn’t get anything — not my TV guide or anything.
So I called Comcast tech support — and got what was very clearly a youngish black man — he says he is forty, lives in Tacoma Washington (I love to talk to tech support guys and they are all so bored, they will talk back), I said really bites that you have to work on Saturday, he says yeah well, I told him I am almost (three weeks away now) 65 and would love to retire but I can’t afford it. He says “I hear THAT”.
So he had me unplug my cable box and we are waiting for paint to dry, etc. And we chatted. Then my TV came back up, and I thanked him, and then I said “I know you can’t say anything, but just so’s you know, I think Donald Trump SUCKS.” He laughed, very heartily, and said “and thank YOU, Rose, for being a most EXCELLENT Comcast customer”. Hahahah. I got it. I wished him a very excellent day.
I do hope I didn’t get that guy in trouble.
