MoveOn.org hosted a rally against Trumpcare 2.0 at a concert venue today in Columbus, Ohio. I’d estimate maybe a thousand people attended, many from Sanders 2016 organizations and Democrats generally. Yes, it was preaching to the choir to some extent, but the main thrust was motivate people to take action this week to pressure Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) to vote no. The argument is that if Portman is a no the bill is dead, while if he is a yes the bill may pass.
