He did the opposite. First, he dismissed it:

Then he said it was impossible and wouldn’t happen:

There is no evidence that that has happened in the past or that there are instances in which that will happen this time."

Obama made those last comments on Oct. 18, 2016, almost two months after the CIA told him about Russian hacking, according to a recent Washington Post article.
And Obama's claim that he didn’t want to say anything because it would look like he was being political and favoring Hillary… Is anyone buying that?! He and First Lady Michelle campaigned for Sec. Clinton. Kinda hard to say you wanted stay above the political fray when you’re campaigning for your preferred successor.
What is really going on here? Why did the President dismiss and discount the Russians stealing our election? So far, the answers/excuses don’t make any sense.
