It feels irresponsible to take a break from these, um, interesting times we live in, but I’ve been on such a news overdrive dating back to even before the election season that I get this nagging feeling I need to step away for a bit. The brain starts to get overloaded.
So far, though, I can’t turn it off. I get hooked right back in when morning comes, following news shows and checking all the regular sites. Any tips out there for successfully pulling away, maybe for a couple of weeks or a month?
