This is only going to increase after Trump told his fanboys to assault anyone unfortunate enough to be in the custody of one of these modern-day brown-shirts.
In Trump country in November 2016, in the state of Tennessee, such vile cops tortured a 19 year old boy arrested on drug and weapons charges. The kid had 40+ taser burns all over his body.
The United States has become Abu Graib with a Republican president encouraging torture and inhumane treatment of prisoners.
A newly filed federal lawsuit has claimed Cheatham County Sheriff's Deputies used excessive force on an 18-year-old in custody in 2016.
Jordan Norris was arrested on drug and weapons charges last November and spent several days in Cheatham County Jail.
The lawsuit named three deputies as defendants and claimed Norris was tased while he was "physically restrained" in a restraint chair.
"It's terrible," Norris said as he pushed back tears.
Pictures filed with the lawsuit showed his body covered with burn marks after he was released from jail.

Three Cheatham County Sheriff’s deputies have been placed on administrative leave after multiple videos emerged showing the officers using tasers to torture an 18-year-old inmate.
“Jordan Elias Norris, 19, has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court accusing the deputies of deprivation of civil rights, citing the use of excessive force and failure to protect after he was repeatedly stunned with Tasers in the jail in November 2016,” The Tennessean reports. “He suffered more than 40 pairs of Taser burns, many of which are unaccounted for by authorities, the lawsuit states.”
The incidents – while the victim was bound in a restraint chair – were documented by jail surveillance video and by video cameras on the Tasers. Pictures after Norris was released show extensive burn scaring across his body.

Even though Trump, once again, conveniently claims he was just joking (I didn’t hear a “just kidding”) after saying another abhorrent comment, his DEA head took it quite seriously and informed his officers NOT to torture inmates like the assholes in the above video.
Less than 24 hours after President Donald Trump told an audience full of police officers in New York to be "rough" on suspects, the acting head of the Drug Enforcement Administration sent his employees an email that rebuked the President's suggestion.
"The President, in remarks delivered yesterday in New York, condoned police misconduct regarding the treatment of individuals placed under arrest by law enforcement," DEA Acting Administrator Chuck Rosenberg wrote in a message to DEA's "Global Distribution" list Saturday.
"In writing to you, I seek to advance no political, partisan, or personal agenda. Nor do I believe that a Special Agent or Task Force Officer of the DEA would mistreat a defendant. I know that you would not," Rosenberg added. "So, why do I write? I write to offer a strong reaffirmation of the operating principles to which we, as law enforcement professionals, adhere. I write because we have an obligation to speak out when something is wrong. That's what law enforcement officers do. That's what you do. We fix stuff. At least, we try."
