North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has announced he’ll refrain from escalating tensions with the United States, putting off plans to test fire missiles at Guam and announcing, "the foolish an stupid conduct of the Yankees."

Okay, first, this is good news. Really good news. It means that, while we try to figure out if the president of Russia is actually the president of the United States or whether the supposed president of the United States is actually David Duke, we don’t have to worry (today) whether the supposed president of the United States is going to demonstrate his virility in megatons (we hope).
On. The. Other. Hand…
When, paired with the supposed and likely actual president of the United States, Kim Jong Un comes off as the level-headed adult in the room, it’s probably still a bit early to kick back, roll a spliff and switch from CNN to Comedy Central.
