What we’ve done in the past is that you supply an update of your progress in the comments— a wordcount, in most cases-- and I add it to the box above. (If you don’t make your comment by 10 pm eastern time on Thursday, then I may not get to your update posted till the following week.)
By the way, as mettle fatigue reminded us last week, we did our own NaNoWriMo in January this year. It was especially necessary because pretty much all of us were catatonic for the last three weeks of November last year. But we could do that again; I think January works better for a lot of people.
Anyway, good luck, please provide those updates, and Write On!
As for me, I’ve made no progress toward my goal yet. I’m doing an event on Long Island this weekend, which means I’ve been prepping for it, which always takes longer than I expect. Then, too, the people I’m riding down with might ask to use the bathroom when they come by to pick me up, which means I’ve had to clean the house, of course. And the bathroom.
Excuses.
Instead of a tonight’s challenge, tell us what you’re working on, whether for NaNoWriMo or not.
