"President Donald Trump's mining regulators are reconsidering regulations meant to protect underground miners from breathing coal and rock dust, the cause of black lung disease, and diesel exhaust, which can cause cancer."
Trump's fight to open coal mines has not remained unsung,
But while he claims that he digs coal he also digs black lung.
Some miners will go back to work but they will not live long
Because Trump thinks that coal dust regulations are just wrong.
They're an unfair burden on the owners of the mines,
So miners will just have to suffer in those dark confines.
Those miners are Trump voters, touched by his concern.
They thought that he was on their side, but they'll just have to learn.
Better late than never in this case will not apply:
The sooner they go back to work the sooner they will die.
