Just a quick bucket to get y’all moving and thinking about all good things Nature. It seems Winter has arrived again after an early spring in the Florida Panhandle and I guess, most of the Southeast. Tomorrow morning may be as close to freezing as it can go; it was 35º last night.
Can’t really speak for other places but I see Aunt Jackie up in SW VA has temps in the 30s today, freezes next few nights and an inch or 3 of snow. She may get more being at 2600’ elevation and in-between 2 hills - or mountains to us in Florida.
The Daily Bucket is a nature refuge where we amicably discuss animals, weather, climate, soil, plants, waters and note life’s patterns. We invite you to share in the comments what you see in your own part of the world.

March 2018
Today was like going to work as I had a Dr appt at 7:45 and I had to drive the 15 miles with all the other worker bees headed from country homes to Tallahassee jobs. And the appt was cancelled, no notice - the tech was getting her own surgery. So me and the nurse decided to cancel the second test at 9 - a stress test. Don’t feel it’s needed but it would be fun to see how I do. And the ECHO test, seeing my heart beat . . . .
So now as I write this I’m drinking coffee to make up for what I missed this morning — No coffee for 24 hrs and no breakfast because they don’t want you puking on the treadmill. Right I think, How is this exercise any different than my normal day busting ass in the woods?
Ok, out of photos. Thanks for stopping by; see ya in the comments.
