Bannon & Putin Are Coordinating to Destroy the West & Western Democracies in Plain Sight
The GOP fiddles as Putin and Steve Bannon, Trump’s former campaign CEO and Trump’s Chief White House Strategist, have been openly coordinating activity to support the rise of far-right Nationalists throughout the West. Steve Bannon is currently touring Europe to support far-right Nationalists at the same time Putin openly funds and provides support for far-right Nationalists throughout Europe and the West. Putin and Bannon are pushing far-right Nationalism in the West because it “furthers Russia’s interest in dividing European countries from the United States and one another.”
The EU and Nato are counterbalances to Russian power. If Russia can succeed in breaking apart the EU and Nato, it will weaken the West. Putin wants to destroy the West by devolving the West into hostile far-right Nationalist countries that support him. And Bannon is openly helping Putin achieve this goal. Make no mistake, Putin is not doing this for benevolent reasons. Putin is no friend of the United States and West and the GOP sits idle while its far right is enabling our destruction. Putin has openly entered into cooperation agreements with the far-right in the West to achieve his goals and the far-right has accepted Putin as their leader and path to power.
Far-right Nationalism is just a modern name for right wing Fascism, a dangerous morally vacant ideology based upon hate and a disdain for democratic institutions. This is the same ideology that led to World War I and II and the deaths of millions. Bannon stated in his speech that he is currently working to “weaponize” far-right populist ideas. www.vanityfair.com/… Russia has been likewise working for several years to “weaponize” far right populism to cause chaos in and to weaken the West. “Russia, knowing a kindred spirit when it sees one, assists them [the far right] in destabilizing the EU by helping finance their causes and showering the Internet with extremist, anti-immigrant propaganda.” www.thenation.com/… Several western countries have already fallen to far-right strongmen Nationalists as well as the countries of Turkey, India, and the Philippines. All of the countries who have fallen to far right Nationalism have been openly showing a disdain for democracy and eroding trust in their democratic institutions as well as mainstreaming racism and xenophobia.
Their plan is to create in-fighting in the West, break apart the EU, weaken alliances, and install hostile anti-democratic Nationalistic strongmen throughout the West that are pro-Putin. Here is just some of the evidence of Bannon’s coordinated activity with Russia to weaken the West by devolving it into individualistic, hostile Nationalistic countries. All of the parties they are supporting have their roots in Neo-Nazi and white supremacist movements. www.nytimes.com/…, www.theatlantic.com/…, www.nbcnews.com/...
France
Both Putin and Bannon have been throwing their support behind the far right Nationalist party in France, the National Front and Marine Le Pen. Last week, Bannon went to France to address the far right National Front party in his war to devolve the West into hostile far right identity countries. During the French election, Bannon announced that he was opening Breitbart News France to support the far right party the National Front in France whose candidate in the most recent Presidential election was Marine Le Pen. Bannon supported Le Pen's far right National Front party and hired the niece of Marine Le Pen, their Presidential candidate, to run Breitbart France to support Le Pen's campaign.
Acting in concert, Russia openly funded Le Pen's campaign and gave The National Front Party $52 million to win the Presidency. Marine Le Pen attacked the EU and supported Putin, stating: “A new world has emerged in the last few years,” Le Pen told VICE News and other journalists after the meeting. “It’s the world of Vladimir Putin, it’s the world of Donald Trump in the United States, it’s the world of Mr. [Narendra] Modi in India, and I think I am the one who shares this vision of cooperation, and not a vision of submission or a vision of warmongering, like the one which is put forward far too often by the European Union.”
Italy
Last week, Bannon headed to Italy to support the far right nationalists — the same far right Nationalists that Putin signed a cooperation agreement with. Both Bannon and Putin are openly helping Matteo Salvini who is the leader of the far right Nationalist group in Italy, the Northern League also known as the League (“Lega Nord”). Italy’s media is almost entirely owned by Putin’s good friend, Silvio Berlusconi. “Mr. Berlusconi’s ambitious coalition partner is Matteo Salvini, the leader of the League party and an anti-immigrant politician who went to Moscow to sign a cooperation agreement with Mr. Putin’s Russia United party.” Putin signed a cooperation agreement with Matteo Salvini and the League party. Bannon recently traveled to Rome to help Salvini try to win in Italy’s recent election, Salvini’s campaign slogan was “Italian’s First” echoing Trump’s “America First” slogan.
Bannon & Russia Were Behind Brexit
Steve Bannon and Breitbart News London worked with Nigel Farage, the leader of the far right wing UKIP party in England, to promote and bring about Brexit. Steve Bannon is very close friends with Nigel Farage. Nigel Farage is overtly pro-Russian in his stances and travels to Russia often to appear on Russia's state-run TV. He has appeared on Russian TV espousing pro-Russian stances so often that Putin offered him his own TV show. Farage campaigned with Trump here in the U.S.
The right-wing British politician [Nigel Farage] who helped persuade Britain to vote to leave the European Union has claimed Donald Trump’s sweeping victory in the U.S. presidential election as the latest result of a populist wave that is set to upturn the political order in Europe in 2017. time.com/...
“Brexit was the first brick that was knocked out of the establishment wall. A lot more were knocked out last night,” Nigel Farage, the interim leader of the U.K. Independence Party, told TIME on Wednesday” speaking of the election of Donald Trump.
“Now, populist parties in Europe — which include Italy’s Five Star Movement and Marine Le Pen’s National Front in France — stand ready to continue the fight, says Farage.” “I don’t think it is finished yet, I think this phenomenon is set to sweep other parts of Europe over the course of a couple years.” time.com/...
Farage feels personally responsible for this Western, nationalist movement— which he calls ‘nation-states democracy.’ He plans to embark on a tour of Europe in 2017 to continue preaching the gospel of Brexit. ‘This is the extraordinary thing, those who of us who have these points of view are treated by the establishment as being so disreputable what we shouldn’t even exist,’ he says. “I think it is too late now. The genie is now completely out of the bottle.” time.com/...
Germany
Bannon recently met with the far right leader in Germany, Alice Weidel, from the Alternative for Germany party, to give her advice and support on the use of “alternative media” to achieve their goals. qz.com/...; global.handelsblatt.com/… Likewise, Russia used their computer bots to try to support the Alternative for Germany party in the last election. “[A]ccording to the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab. Earlier, trolls linked to Russia offered continuous support for the AfD and its anti-immigrant message. Russian state-owned media often provided the party’s leaders a platform in the Russian-speaking community in Germany.” www.washingtonpost.com/… “The desire to establish close cooperation with Russia was part of the AfD’s strategy almost from the moment the party was founded. Back in 2013, AfD became the first modern German political force to assume a Prussian-Bismarckian vision of Europe in its foreign policy.” intersectionproject.eu/...
Bannon also sought to open Breitbart Germany to help the far right party win in the election against Angela Merkel. Breitbart has been stirring up anti-immigrant sentiment and a populist Nationalism there. Breitbart is using fear mongering and scare tactics to promote the rise of the extreme right party there. Breitbart is already spreading anti-establishment and anti-immigrant sentiment in Germany with articles such as this one entitled “Germany’s Secret Islamic Horror: How Blind Elites Are Destroying A Once Great Nation.” www.breitbart.com/...
Acting in concert, Russia has been overtly running a propaganda machine to push the right wing party there. Russian TV broadcasts into Germany and they are promoting fake news stories against Angela Merkel and stirring up anti-immigrant and Nationalist sentiment. Russia created a fake story about a little Russian National girl living in Germany named "Lisa." Russia claimed that Lisa was gang raped by immigrants. The story caught fire and went into regular German media outlets and 30,000 people joined to protest Angela Merkel and her "open door" policy with immigrants.
The problem is that it never happened. Merkel said that the whole thing was a made up piece of Russian propaganda. Putin responded that it did happen and that Merkel and her government were engaged in a "cover up" so they would not get backlash against her "open border" policies. Breitbart News worked in concert with Russia to promote this story as true as well as to promote the lie that the German government was engaged in a cover up.
“Russia is starting to weaponize electoral processes in Europe,” said Joerg Forbrig, senior program director of the German Marshall Fund of the U.S. in Berlin. “The Lisa Affair was a real eye-opener.”
Here is an article that discusses Steve Bannon’s concerted action in Europe to bring the Alt-Right to power there: www.thedailybeast.com/… .
Austria
Austria’s far right Freedom Party, which was founded by ex-Nazi’s in the 1950’s, has signed a cooperation agreement with Putin. www.nytimes.com/… Michael Flynn met with the party when he was Trump’s designated National Security advisor. The far-right group ascended to power in Austria in the last election. “The leader of the Freedom Party and the new vice chancellor of Austria, Heinz-Christian Strache, has been photographed more than once participating in paramilitary exercises with banned Nazi groups.” www.thenation.com/… “Strache was once arrested by police in Germany for marching with neo-Nazis there….” Like with the other far right governments, they have been using a heated anti-immigrant rhetoric and attacking democratic institutions like the media. www.reuters.com/…, www.thenation.com/…, www.thenation.com/...
Several Other European Governments Have Already Fallen To Far-Right Nationalists
Several European governments have already fallen into the hands of the Alt-Right. Hungary, Poland, and Moldova have fallen to Alt-Right, pro-Russia, Traditionalist Nationalists. Russia overtly funded and provided weapons to the Alt-Right group in Hungary and helped them gain power in Hungary. www.nytimes.com/… Again, they rose to power attacking immigrants and democratic institutions. “Xenophobia, the fear of foreigners, is pathological here, and the fear inspires ugly incidents.” www.thedailybeast.com/… “What sort of political regime is Orban creating in Hungary? ‘The regime is not as severe as in Azerbaijan or even Russia,’ says Martin. ‘But it is somewhere in between liberal democracy and dictatorship, a kind of a hybrid regime, in which nominally we have independent institutions and free elections but in action the elections are not fair and most of the institutions have been captured by power.’” “’We take Orban’s right-wing party as an example for our ideal policy,’” says Leonid Reshetnikov, a retired lieutenant general of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.
The U.S. has detected Russian propaganda being used in support of far right groups in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic as well. The far-right won in the Czech election last fall. www.reuters.com/...
James Clapper, the US Director of National Intelligence, has been instructed by the US Congress to conduct a major review into Russian clandestine funding of European parties over the last decade.
The US move came as senior British government officials told The Telegraph of growing fears that “a new cold war” was now unfolding in Europe, with Russian meddling taking on a breadth, range and depth far greater than previously thought.” “It really is a new Cold War out there,” the source said, “Right across the EU we are seeing alarming evidence of Russian efforts to unpick the fabric of European unity on a whole range of vital strategic issues.
A dossier of “Russian influence activity” seen by The Sunday Telegraph identified Russian influence operations running in France, the Netherlands, Hungary as well as Austria and the Czech Republic, which has been identified by Russian agents as an entry-point into the Schengen free movement zone.

The GOP Stands Idle As Their Far-Right Destroys Western Democracies
Just like Soviet Union used far-left Communists during the Cold-War, Russia is using far-right Nationalists for its purposes now. “As a major power, Russia is interested in a weak European Union. For that reason, it is obvious that its government supports right-wing populist and extremists all over Europe.” thinkprogress.org/...
The Kremlin has achieved stunning successes. Britain voted to leave the EU. NATO ally Turkey is now installing Russia’s most sophisticated air defense system, not compatible with the Atlantic Alliance. Far-right movements have made historic gains in France and Germany. Russian fingerprints are all over the Catalan independence movement in Spain. Governments or politicians whose interests align more closely with Moscow than Brussels have taken power in Hungary, Serbia, Moldova, and Bulgaria.
In 2017, the Czech Republic risks becoming the latest in the ever-expanding club of oligarch-riddled regimes that Russia has helped engineer. The disruptive populism promoted by Andrej Babis, the leader of the ANO party and the putative prime minister, may make the Czech Republic the latest casualty in Putin’s relentless campaign to weaken the West from within.

Putin and Bannon, supported by the billionaire Mercers, are not our friends. Devolving the West into dangerous far-right, pro-Putin Nationalism only helps one country: Russia. It will weaken the West against Russian power. The far-right shows a disdain for democratic institutions and seeks to mainstream xenophobia and racism. It is a dangerous ideology based upon hate, militarism, and authoritarianism. Breitbart News is just a propaganda tool of the far-right and Russia and is fueling anti-immigrant, ring wing populism throughout Europe. Here is just one of Breitbart’s stories to fuel anti-immigrant sentiment: www.breitbart.com/...
The GOP is doing nothing to stop the destruction of the West. They sit idle as the same ideology we fought against in WWI and WWII is promoted throughout the West to destroy democracies. They are allowing Putin and Bannon to carry out their plans with impunity. We need to take a stand before it is too late. We must demand that the GOP inform the people of what is really going on between the far-right and Putin and put a stop to their dangerous rise throughout the West.
