At this point, the definitive number is four kids are out. Two more may, or may not, be heading for the entrance at this point.
The last press conference stated that the operation “will resume” in about seven hours. What that means, it’s completely clear, but it is obvious that the effort to get the boys out of the cave so far required a team effort from several divers and other rescue workers. There may be not just people who need rest, but materials that need to be repositioned, before more kids can come out.
So far, operations seem to have gone smoothly, the kids handled the grueling, frightening trip well, and while all four have been transported to local hospitals they seem to be in good shape.
