Forget about those terrified children being torn from their parents’ arms before disappearing down a rabbit hole of the Trump administration’s incompetence, because The Washington Post has bigger fish to fry:
‘Viciousness’: Trump aides endure public fury toward president’s policies
Have an ample supply of hankies ready before you read this article, because the horrors these patriots are forced to endure because of Donald Trump’s policies—which The Washington Post, oddly enough, fails to outline in this article—will bring you to tears.
There is, of course, a passing nod to the vicious attacks Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Kirstjen Nielsen faced when they, respectively, didn’t get a cheese plate and had a Mexican dinner interrupted, but did you know that a man once “sneered” at Kellyanne Conway in a supermarket and told her she should be ashamed? Or that a woman called Steve Bannon “trash” in a bookstore? Or—talk about vicious—that neighbors of Mike Pence dared to hang rainbow flags on their own property? Or, worst of all, that white supremacist and senior White House advisor Stephen Miller was forced to throw away $80 worth of sushi because a man “raised both middle fingers and cursed at him”?
These are the things that test a nation’s conscience.
So never mind those 3,000 or so kids still forcibly separated from their parents, because there’s rotting fish stinking up an alley somewhere in Washington. And be civil.
