Today’s Senate Polls are continuing the generally good news and should make Democrats start to smile because they suggest control of the Senate is getting closer.
There is still a long way to go until election night with many close or tied races for Senate and Governor as well as US House and other races.
Close Senate races in Missouri, Indiana, Florida, Texas, Montana, and North Dakota are still of concern.

Today’s Governors polls show a mixed picture, a good lead in Nevada, Arizona close, and Tennessee not as Republican as one might have guessed. Overall, they suggest a slight swing to the Democrats in the last couple of weeks

Dave Wasserman at Cook Report @Redistrict on polling in US House races
This would be a mirror image of what happened post-Labor Day 2010, when a lot of polls suddenly showed the bottom dropping out for previously popular incumbent Dems in districts Obama had lost by a lot.
