So I know I’m late — sorry guys.
Anyway. Started a diet today — Weight Watchers new system. Paid for it and everything. Lots of new foods that are 0 points, so there is plenty to eat, but it’s still a diet. Also joined Planet Fitness last week as well, and I have been going to my taekwondo classes each week. I go to the gym late at night — 10pm or later so it’s not as crowded, but it’s still crowded. I picked a busy gym.
I’m tired of being fat and tired.
I have doctors appointments coming up finally — one regular, one therapy — but I want to get my meds on track and stop sleeping 16 hours a day, it’s interfering with my life. I didn’t mind so much on the boat, but I do here.
Other than that, things are generally ok. So what’s your fucking problem?
