Al Jazeera English currently has the following included in the ticker at the bottom of their screen, sourcing it from Turkish officials, (the link is to their live feed):
Crown Prince’s bodyguard led operation against Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
The “Crown Prince” is of course Mohammed bin Salman, the very person the US Secretary of State Pompeo met with. Al Jazeera using a combination of Turkish sources and the New York Times has named the 15 members of the team (link to video of their short report).
For the sake of objectivity, I would remind you that Saudi Arabia and Qatar where A-J is based and owned are currently in a very serious dispute over Saudi’s proxy war in Yemen. The bodyguard’s involvement is mentioned here.
Saudis close to Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) may be involved in what Turkish sources say is the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Al Jazeera has been told that a royal bodyguard controlled the operation, which allegedly led to Khashoggi's torture and death in Istanbul.
There is more on that page however Al Jazeera (and the BBC recently) have the annoying habit of including a lot more information in video rather than written form.

If you have time, watch the edition of AJ’s “Inside Story” at the last link.
In addition to immediate reporting, the program gives some very useful information about the dynamics of the relationships between Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the USA.
One of the three interviewed is Saeed Al Shehabi who is a columnist for Al Quds. The full name is Al Quds El Arabi and it is an Arabic language newspaper based in London.
