Welcome to bookchat where you can talk about anything...books, plays, essays, and audio books. You don’t have to be reading a book to come in, sit down, and chat with us.

I can’t keep many books anymore. I am happy to send these to new homes for free. Let me know in a comment below if you would like one or more of the books and then send me a Kosmail with your name and address and I will get it out to you ASAP. I have sent books over the years to over 33 people here at Bookflurries. I don’t require a book report and if you dislike the book you can give it away. I do not want them back. Take more than one. It is as easy to send two or three books as one and of course a series should stay together most likely.
...
Some of the books I quit reading might suit you well. I have been cranky at times.
…

If you hear that someone else got their books, but you didn’t, don’t worry because it may take me a while to get them wrapped and in the mail. I am slower than I used to be and I only want to send a few at a time with hubby to the post office.
Best wishes!

Readers & Book Lovers Series Schedule
When we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: "Free at last! Free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"
Martin Luther King, Jr.
