No, not my Secretary of State, Georgia’s —
I live in Michigan, not Georgia.
For the purposes of the forthcoming election, we are all Georgians. What if you lived in Georgia — Would you want you to help you?
Below are a few suggestions for calling and texting for the election of the Secretary of State of Georgia. That election is on December 4. Only 3 days between then and now.
I am giving up trying to reformat the following, but it’s good enough. You will get the point. I’m also copying about half the email I received, but I do not think Paul Hogarth of Daily Kos will object. A friend of mine who is not a member of Daily Kos forwarded this email to me, so I suspect that this email went out to millions of people. If Paul wants to object to me forwarding it to you, my friends, let him, and I will fix it.
I can do little by myself,
And yet I want to help the people of Georgia throw off the scourge of Republican dominionism and domination. However, I can ask you to help me help the people of Georgia, and together we can help them.

Bowing out
Again, apologies for the vertical spacing. Daily Kos has outwitted me. I hang my head.
This is a group diary of the Daily Kos group called Support the Dream Defenders. We have been building community, leading real-world activities, writing federal laws, supporting protesters, supporting candidates, supporting those without health insurance, and coordinating activities like that for over 4 years, always trying to create within the time/space of “What would Martin Luther King do?” You can get all choked up now. Or not. Or you could ask a question about our projects. Or not.
We gather every Friday night at 8 p.m. ET. If you have any items relevant to Martin’s dream, please let us know. If you have music to share on this night when the Democratic Blue Wave has crested for 2018, we’ll take that, please.
Power with, not power over,
