I’ve been very busy with business activities since Friday. I’ve just had time to read through some of the analysis of Friday’s events. I’ve shared some links and my thoughts on Facebook and I’m going to re-post those here in one longer story, mainly to get it all out in one place. Feel free to ignore.
My main takeaway?
Mueller has evidence of the conspiracy. He's laid it out in the redacted portions of his court filings, out of the reach of the trump sycophants in the DOJ. Nothing trump can do now will save him. The only reason trump is as "composed" (LOL) as he appears to be at the moment, is that he and his team are too stupid and in many cases too naïve to understand just what cards Mueller already holds.
Just remember, the Republicans in Congress were with Nixon, until they weren't. The same fate awaits the orange moron.
I'll state it clearly, HE WILL NOT FINISH HIS TERM.
The tide is turning against him. Read the article and understand what Congressional Republicans and trump allies are actually saying.

Even in the friendliest quarters, there are fresh hints of trouble. Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson, a reliable prime-time booster of the president, faulted Trump in an interview this week for failing to keep his main campaign promises, understand the legislative process and learn how to govern effectively.
Some GOP senators were particularly shaken by this week’s revelation that former national security adviser Michael Flynn had met with Mueller’s team 19 separate times — a distressing signal to them that the probe may be more serious than they had been led to assume, according to senior Republican officials.
For now, Republicans on Capitol Hill are still inclined to stand by Trump and give the president the benefit of the doubt. But one pro-Trump senator said privately that a breaking point would be if Mueller documents conspiracy with Russians.
This is a good summary of just where we're at after Friday's Court filings.

The final paragraph.
The president said on Twitter that Friday’s news “totally clears the President. Thank you!” It does not. Manafort and Cohen are in trouble, and so is Trump. The special counsel’s confidence in his ability to prove Manafort a liar appears justified, which leaves Manafort facing what amounts to a life sentence without any cooperation credit. The Southern District’s brief suggests that Cohen’s dreams of probation are not likely to come true. All three briefs show the special counsel and the Southern District closing in on President Trump and his administration. They’re looking into campaign contact with Russia, campaign-finance fraud in connection with paying off an adult actress, and participation in lying to Congress. A Democratic House of Representatives, just days away, strains at the leash to help. The game’s afoot.

The walls are finally closing in on him.
The ship is taking on water. The lifeboats are about to be lowered and it will soon be every neo-nazi for himself.
The smarter ones are getting a head start.

The “man” is uniquely unfit for the office, both intellectually and morally.
His crimes and stupidity are so egregious that almost daily he does something new that blots out his previous crime or inanity.
We as humans, with our daily lives have trouble keeping up with his constant assaults on the truth and the rule of law.
Despite our ability to keep up, the walls are closing in and come January the US House of Representatives will begin to pull back the curtain for all of us to see the truly grotesque nature of the “trump presidency”.
Here’s a good read on that subject.

The news is generally reported piecemeal, with a focus on what just happened or the specifics of one story. The result is that the cumulative effect often escapes detection. Journalism tends to describe the fragments and not the pattern they make up, which for readers can be like watching a movie shot entirely in closeups. So it is with the travails of Donald J Trump. He is in so many kinds of legal hot water, and the explosive new stories tend to erase the earlier ones from view, just as his own transgressions tend to overshadow his earlier misconduct.
Who talks of how grotesquely he groveled before Vladimir Putin and denied his own intelligence agencies’ conclusions in the long-ago, far-away world of July 2018 when so much has happened since? Who remembers the abrupt firing of the FBI director James Comey in the ancient days of May 2017, when the abrupt firing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions on 7 November is so fresh?
So don jr. is a witch, who knew?
