As a fan of Randy Rainbow since he was dating Mel Gibson, I’ve rejoiced every time he releases a new video. The misery of the past two-plus years has been punctuated with hysterical laughter every time Randy dons those pink cat eye glasses and gets down to business.
If you have never seen RR I envy you. You can have the pleasure of discovering his witty musical beatdowns of Trump, all delivered in Randy’s beautiful singing voice.
It’s hard to pick a favorite among Randy’s videos, but I have a particular fondness for his Gilbert and Sullivan parody A Very Stable Genius, and his pre-election interview of Melania where he tells her to cut the shit. But there’s also the brilliance of Desperate Cheeto...oh, hell, I love them all.
My sister and I saw Randy in Milwaukee in November, for some reason Chicago wasn’t on his tour. I reminded him of this when they had an audience question and answer segment; to our joy he later scheduled a Chicago stop for this June. My wonderful sister gifted me with VIP tickets for my birthday, so she and I will also meet him then, our pink glasses in hand.
Anyway, please enjoy Border Lies:
