One group of people possibly dreading the release of Robert Mueller's report more than the West Wing is the cohort of Trump administration officials who voluntarily cooperated with the special counsel’s Russia investigation. Why? Because they told the truth.
"They cooperated and had to tell the truth," one GOP source told CNN, adding that Trump "is going to go bonkers" when he sees what they said.
The main worry is that their depiction Trump's temperament and work habits will get back to Trump, who's already piqued by the fact that anyone participated in Mueller's probe anyway.
What this really comes down is the fact that Trump's conduct is reprehensible, and having it reflected back to him is going tweak him to no end. Sometimes the truth hurts, especially when you live in fantasyland.
