This is just breaking, but it looks like SCOTUS just upheld the Indiana law that requires that fetal remains (including what’s left after a miscarriage) need to be cremated or buried. WaPo is calling this a “compromise” because it doesn’t touch a lower court overturning a portion of the law banning abortions for fetal abnormalities.
Roe v. Wade will be gone in a year, two at the most, if this is an guide.
