Andrew Miller was Roger Stone’s chauffeur and webmaster until Donald Trump was sworn in as President ( in front of the smallest number of witnesses to a Presidential swearing in since November 22, 1963. )

As chauffeur / tech guy for the Roger Stone empire, Andrew must have been raking in the big bucks because he could afford the legal resources to fight (for a year) Robert Mueller’s (Special Counsel) subpoena for him to testify before the Grand Jury:
Miller was subpoenaed in June 2018 in Mueller’s probe for information about longtime Trump friend and GOP operative Stone, as well as key figures in the 2016 hacking and public release of Democratic Party emails, including by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks, led by Julian Assange.
Miller was also ordered to answer questions before a grand jury about Guccifer 2.0 and DCLeaks, entities that U.S. prosecutors have alleged were online fronts invented by Russian intelligence operatives to spread the hacked documents before the 2016 presidential election.

Mueller had been trying to force Roger Stone associate Andrew Miller to testify before a grand jury since last year, but Miller fought him in court every step of the way. Sometime after Mueller turned in his final report, Miller finally caved, and he testified last week – but it never was entirely clear that Miller was being asked to testify about. Obviously it had something to do with Stone, but how big or small was it?
Yesterday, CNN revealed that Miller had turned over, among other documents, the “written agenda for Stone while he was at the Republican National Convention in 2016.” Whoa, wait a minute here. This helps explain why Mueller fought so hard to try to force Miller to testify, even after Roger Stone had been indicted on various felony charges. This is about something much bigger than just Stone.
It’s long been widely documented that senior representatives from the Russian government attended the 2016 Republican National Convention, and steered the Trump campaign toward shifting the wording of the Republican Party platform to a less anti-Russia stance. Now it turns out the grand jury is looking at what then-Trump campaign adviser Roger Stone was up to during the convention.
The grand jury subpoenaed Miller for all text messages between Stone and him from early October 2016 to mid-March 2017, and the written agenda for Stone while he was at the Republican National Convention in 2016, according to Miller's lawyer, Paul Kamenar.
The recent grand jury activity indicates prosecutors are still looking into Stone for potentially new charges, though it's not clear if Stone or someone else is the target in the investigation.
Miller previously handed over documents about Stone in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, and was originally subpoenaed to testify as part of that probe.
Miller was subpoenaed last year to testify before a Mueller-run grand jury investigating Stone. Miller fought the subpoena, framing his case as a broad challenge to Mueller’s authority and the legality of his appointment.
Last August, Chief U.S. District Court Judge Beryl Howell rejected those arguments and ordered Miller to testify, but that order was put on hold while Miller took an appeal to the D.C. Circuit. In April, the appeals court issued a decision upholding Mueller’s authority.
Miller’s arguments shifted somewhat in recent months. In January, Stone was indicted by the same grand jury on seven counts of making false statements to Congress and obstructing justice in connection with investigations of the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia.

Evidently, Mueller’s latest Grand Jury is still actively holding hearings and interviewing witnesses. In spite of a very expensive appeal of (Andrew) Miller’s Grand Jury subpoena to the D.C. Court of Appeals (and, just where did the money come from for those appeals ? ) the courts have indicated that they are not impressed.
If Uncle Roger’s current indictment ( for lying to the Congress ) is updated with Andrew Sullivan’s Miller’s (edit) current testimony ( to include collusion between the Campaign and Russia to change the Republican Party’s 2016 Campaign Platform to reward Russia for its invasion of the Crimea ) , then “Katy bar the door.”
All hell is going to break loose if Andrew Miller’s testimony appears to have been as important as it seems.
