Quite a few old clips of him have gone viral for the wrong reasons but this one has just 200 views. I thought I'd share it. A big problem of having such a long record like he has is there will be baggage and people are looking for it and examining it. But it's only fair to point out what he has done right too. This is an excellent and passionate taking down of a shameful position taken by the Reagan Administration.

Ronald Reagan vetoed it but his veto was overridden by Congress - the first and only time in the 20th Century a Presidential veto was overridden.
