Welcome, Newdists….and other earthlings!
Turns out, there are two UFO Days! June 24, which I missed, and today!
But first…
COFFEE!!
ahhhhhh!!!
Now we can be all brainy-activated and stuff!
June 24 is the date that aviator Kenneth Arnold reported what is generally considered to be the first widely reported unidentified flying object sighting in the United States. Arnold was no easily impressed amateur; he had over 9000 hours of flying time, most of it in search and rescue. He claims to have seen nine unusual objects flying in tandem near Mount Rainier, Washington on June 24, 1947. He estimated that they were travelling at about 1200 mph. You can read more about his experience HERE.
July 2 commemorates the supposed UFO crash in the 1947 Roswell UFO Incident.
If you really need to know more about Roswell….where you been, human??

I‘m a believer, but not ready to sign up for a trip to Venus. Out of this solar system, we can talk, but other than that? pfffft.
The sighting that really got me, was the Phoenix Lights event.
There were too many people who saw the Phoenix Lights from too many different angles, and the “official” excuses did not add up in any credible way.
So. Have we been visited? I think so. These days, though….they just lock their doors and cruise on by!
Am I worried? Not so much.
Have some more coffee…..
.
What’s on your mind this morning, humans?
