Let’s see. We have a madman in the White House who encourages violence and death and practices both with his policies, but the NYT takes the time to write about Joe Biden’s gaffes. For fucking real?
Some of his advisers said in interviews that they were privately nervous that his recent gaffe spree would become cemented into the larger narrative of the presidential race. They also say that Mr. Biden faces an unfair double standard.
Yet there is a real political risk for Mr. Biden. Some party activists have already been worried that, at 76, he may be too old to go toe-to-toe with Mr. Trump, who is 73, and win. If the accumulation of verbal missteps continues, some Democrats say, it will eventually sow doubts about what many primary voters believe is Mr. Biden’s biggest strength: that he is best positioned to beat Mr. Trump.
An unfair double standard? You think??
Trump is killing people on the border, and he incites people to commit violence and kill people. Trump has proven that he is so nuts that narcissist is the nicest thing that can be said about him. But what does the NYT want to spend some time on? Sometimes, Joe Biden misspeaks.
I already knew that, and guess what? Most Democratic voters will not care either. And I freely admit to being someone who thinks Biden would be a bad choice for Democrats. But I had a serious, “WTF?” when I saw this article.
We all knew that the Media and the NYT was going to be against whoever ends up the nominee. And I guess I should have seen something inane along the lines of Hillary’s emails as the Media’s attack on any nominee. But Biden’s gaffes?
I am afraid that we haven’t seen the last of this shit.
