With the death of David Koch, there is already a serious dispute among the heirs.
It seems that his Will did not say whether his ownership of the Republican Party Senators was not disposed of in his Will.
The various heirs are now claiming that the Republican Senators should be divided in accordance with the terms of the Will covering residual property. Koch's brother is arguing that dividing the Koch ownership of the Republican majority in the Senate should go to him as a tenancy in common.
Attorneys for the Koch Trust are arguing that Koch's ownership of the Republican majority should be controlled by the Koch Trust.
There is a poll, and I wish that there was a way for more than one response. Maybe, there will be a need for some other suggestions for the Koch family as to what they can do with their ownership of the Republican majority in the Senate.
And, this is only the beginning. . . .
