Justin Amash (I- Michigan-3) sent out some tweets about Wedensday’s impeachment testimony by four legal scholars.
Which led eventually...to this
On one hand...Amash is not an experienced prosecutor; he practiced corporate law...and he is (or was) a Republican with very little ideological agreement with Democrats.
OTOH:
Amash took a stand that no other Republican, to this point, has taken on the question of The Damn Fool’s impeachment. Taking that stand will probably cost him his Congressional seat. A stint as an impeachment manager might be a way of saying “thank you for your support.”
I slightly lean in favor of Amash as impeachment manager, FTR.

FTR, I went and looked this up
The precedent with the Clinton impeachment is that impeachment managers are chosen from the Judiciary Committee.
But...there is no rule that stpulates that impeachment managers have to be from HJC.
Adam Schiff not only led the investigation in the Intelligence Commitee; he is also a prosecutor...in that light, I would also expect Eric Swalwell and Val Demings to be impeachment managers since they serve on both committees
