Once again, I have been captivated by watching history on the TV box. Here are some more cartoons to tide you over.
It’s day two of the House manager’s opening arguments and I’m still captivated by just how well they are framing the case. Zoe Lofgren is speaking, and at the moment she’s running through some of the less than ethical actions of the human hand-grenade, Rudy Giuliani. What a sleazy puffed up embarrassment to the United States he has turned out to be. News from the chamber is that Marsha Blackburn is reading a book, Rand Paul is drawing a sketch of the capitol and Richard Burr is playing with a fidget spinner. It speaks volumes about their commitment to their oaths of office that they can’t be bothered to pay attention to the evidence. By their disdainful actions they are proving that they will have to work very hard to improve enough to be able to aspire to becoming political hacks. Meanwhile, the case against tRump is even more damning today than it was yesterday. Outside of cases of acute cognitive dissonance, tRump isn’t just self-impeaching, he’s self-flushing.
Mokurai was busy today. First he brought us the GNR: Good News Thursday: I Support the Real 2nd Amendment
