The Columbus Dispatch is breaking this now. Gov DeWine made an announcement shortly after 9pm that he and the SOS will defy a judge’s order and postpone the OH primary scheduled for tomorrow...It’s not clear whether he can be held in contempt of court...A link to the story follows…

After issuing a release that appears to defy a judge’s ruling that Tuesday’s primary must go forward, a source in the governor’s office says that’s not the case.
Less than nine hours before Ohio’s polls are to open, neither the office of Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine nor Secretary of State Frank LaRose will answer the simple question of whether Ohio’s election is on or off.
