This is a different Daily Kos cat diary (specifically for cat owners).
Did you know that your cat can get COVID-19?
Are you concerned about it as a cat owner, as to what this means for you, your cats or kittens? Here is a straightforward video information report that basically shows that while your cat can get COVID-19, there is no evidence your cat can pass COVID-19 to you. So that is certainly good news for you and your cat. The veterinarian interviewed in the report says the cats they have treated basically experienced only mild symptoms and all recovered quickly.
It seems that even if cats can give it to each other, the symptoms overall that they experience appear to not only be mild, but also appear to allow for a trouble free basically prompt recovery in a short period of time. So that there seems to be little reason for concern based on the evidence in question. So that this appears to be good news all around. As such I wanted to write this brief diary to share this important and good information with the DKos community.
As always people at the DKos are free to post pictures of their favorite feline on this diary, not just because we know that your cats and kittens are beautiful, warm, cuddly and cute, but now we also know they are safe. Remember not only are cats beautiful and cool but as we know they all have 9 lives! So the cat escapes again, because it is purrfect!
