It is a good time to binge-watch all kinds of cooking related shows isn’t it? As much fun as that is there are more often than not weeknights where we don’t want to watch a whole episode of something and like to watch shorter stuff on YouTube as we both subscribe to some cool channels. We enjoy having the Roku to watch YouTube on our tv so it works out well as dinner time entertainment! Here are a few of the ones we’ve enjoyed recently:
I have always enjoyed J. Kenji Lopez-Alt from Serious Eats and now he’s been doing numerous quarantine videos of quick meals, pizza, even basic stuff like breaking down a chicken! You can go to the channel here to look through all his topics:

This is one of a few where he does basic Italian pasta dishes:
He’s also been doing these late-night ones from his restaurant (which is doing free meals for local hospital staff in the area).
From his info below the video on YT:
My goal is to help fix both these problems in the best way I know how to contribute: organizing people, and cooking food.If you would like to donate to our free meal fund, head to https://www.toasttab.com/wursthall/ where you can buy a boxed meal for someone in need. These boxes go directly to the frontline workers and food insecure families who have been hit hardest by the coronavirus pandemic. They also allow me to hire back my kitchen team to cook and pack these meals (in a safe, clean way). So far we have served nearly 500 meals, and the number goes up every week.
Good Eats fans delight as Alton Brown has joined in on the fun:
America’s Test Kitchen keeps putting up their fun Gearheads series for your wishlist envy:
Glenn & Friends — fun stuff highly recommended in many comments here at WFD! He’s got quarantine cooking projects covered:

If you enjoy debunking stuff Ann Reardon does a series for her How To Cook That channel that is all about busting fake cooking/craft videos. She put up one regarding COVID-19.
If you find yourself in need of classic cooking shows then your local PBS station is a great source. I also find some good curated lists on YouTube that have a group of episodes from older seasons like this Jacques Pepin playlist:
