I have been reading reports of people sanitizing their vegetables and fruits with chlorine. This is not the best way to kill bacteria and viruses, and I don't think the chlorine is healthy for you.
What I did as a Peace Corp Volunteer was put a small amount of iodine in a bowl of water and then let fruits and vegetables soak in the very diluted iodine before rinsing them. The iodine kills bacteria and, I presume, viruses.
You can get iodine tablets at camping and outdoor stores like REI.
You can also get "Fruit and Vegetable Sprays" in grocery stores, but I don't know how good they are at killing bacteria and germs. It depends on the citrus acid content. Vinegar and lemon juice are natural astringents, and have been used for thousands of years by wise women to keep homes and sanitary. (Before they got burned at the stake for being witches. Who knew killing germs made you a witch).
More seriously, as a former Peace Corps Volunteer who rinsed her fruits and vegetables in iodized water for two years, use iodine diluted in water if you are worried about exposure to the Coronavirus.
Other people may have other ideas that they could mention below. I welcome suggestions and comments about how to keep kitchens clean and sanitary. Please don't bleach your vegetables.
