I apologize in advance for writing a diary to ask a question, but per this
Christian Science Monitor article, Bush and Cheney testified
but not under oath. Maybe some of the more legalistic persons could help out with this, but the first thing that comes to mind is that we shouldn't get our hopes up about an indictment because this prosecutor allowed Bush and Cheney to avoid a perjury rap...
Also, Fitzgerald's questions to Cooper in front of the GJ, those that were leaked, sounded rather lame. Any insight into that would be great also.
And finally, why isn't the media jumping ALL OVER Rep. Waxman's unadulterated facts that are now quite public that, as seen in Tomtech's diary, that Rove and Libby committed a crime:
Before ... confirming the accuracy of what appears in the public source, the signer of the SF 312 must confirm through an authorized official that the information has, in fact, been declassified. If it has not, ... confirmation of its accuracy is also an unauthorized disclosure.
