My family carries a camera with us everywhere. We did this long before it was "easy." I am currently working through like 5,000 35 MM photos. Yes you read that right. A few I might come across I will post here. Below the fold, my first.
My dad, and I love him so much, did a photo bomb before, well decades before that had a phrase or name.
It is slow going. 5,000 plus slides. But once in a blue moon you have something like this.
When asked, my dad said:
That was taken at Lawrenceville IL train station in 1953 - not sure if we were leaving for the Boy Scout Jamboree at Irvine Ranch or coming home - I would think going - but I seem to remember getting the hat out there on Catalinaa.
