I was not familiar with Rep. Matt Cartwright before today, but he certainly said what we’ve been thinking about Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder’s responsibility for Flint.
Snyder claimed he didn’t know until Oct. 2015 and tried to blame the EPA. Cartwright had none of it.
